Fluffy French Toast


INGREDIENTS 4 nos Bread slices 2 nos Eggs 160ml Milk 1 Tbsp Sugar 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract A pinch of ground cinnamon

METHOD

  • Beat eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon until frothy.

  • Grease a pan with some butter/oil.

  • Dip bread slices in the egg mixture and toast until browned.

  • Serve with fruit and maple syrup.
